Make a Payment to FSD
Program participants and their sponsors can make payments to FSD by check, money order, electronic funds transfer (EFT) or credit card. Our preferred method of payment is check or money order. Directions on how to make a payment can be found below.
Payment by Check or Money Order
- Make check or money order payable to FSD
- Include the name of the program participant in the memo line
- Checks must be made in US Dollars (USD). If your funds are in a different currency, please make the check in the amount required in US dollars indicating "USD" next to the amount. Please check with your bank for details.
- Send checks and money orders to the following address:

Online Payments and Donations to Participant Program Fees
Please review these instructions thoroughly before making an online payment or donating to a participant's program fees. FSD uses Paypal to safely process credit card transactions:
- Click on the "Donate" button below
- Enter the dollar amount and click "Update Total"
- If you have a Paypal account, you can log in, but if you don't, simply click on the "Continue" link to bypass the log in. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.
- Enter your payment information and then click continue
- Once you have included comments on the purpose of your payment, click “Donate now”
- Please save a copy of your PayPal receipt. You may be asked to provide the receipt to FSD for verification.
IMPORTANT: Below "Application or Program Fee Payment," you will see an expandable text box to enter the "Purpose of Payment". Click on the (+) to expand the text box and enter the purpose of your payment along with the participant's name (example, "Program fees – participant name"). Completing this step ensures that the payment is assigned to the correct recipient.
