Identifying Opportunities and Establishing a Donor Plan

With a clarified vision in place, we can present you with a wide range of donor options through our Project Development and Capacity Building Fund and Professional Development Fund. Working together, we will analyze the options that fit your interests, along with the specific community-driven projects and initiatives you wish to support. We can also arrange and conduct customized site visits to help you assess specific opportunities in the field. Upon completion of the identification process, FSD will produce a comprehensive donor plan for your review.

Administration, Implementation, and Evaluation of Your Donor Plan

Once a donor plan with clear guidelines and budgets is approved, FSD will begin working on the ground to:

• Implement specified objectives in collaboration with our community partners
• Administrate and manage funds according to international regulations
• Monitor and evaluate programmatic outcomes
• Provide detailed, timely reports for you to assess outcomes
